In this very moment your healing starts now. Not when you find a therapist. Not when you get your shit together. Your healing begins as soon as you set the intention to. The universe then creates a sacred space for your growth process. The two key words here are growth and process. Growth- the process of expansion. Processes- A series of action steps. That’s how you begin. It does not feel good all of the time and it doesn’t happen over night but its starts with a choice that you make.
On the healing path you will discover your shadows, fears, higher self and align with your true self. Here are some common steps of the healing process and resources you might want to add into your bag.
Self Awareness- Becoming more self-aware allows us to be able to decipher defense mechanisms, negative patterns, and belief systems that do not serve us(meaning holding you back).
Shadow work- Identifying your shadow self. Shadow work is a process that allows us to integrate our shadow self with our consciousness so that our shadow isn’t in control at all times.
Inner child healing- Your inner child is that a part of your subconscious along with your shadow. Your inner child holds on to your wounds as it relates to your security. The things that are not resolved in childhood carries on into our adult life.
Self-love- Learning to become your own best friend. Being comfortable with being a lone and no longer accepting crumbs from people.
Self-care- Giving yourself grace and knowing how to recharge.
Support Network- Friend, Family, Therapist, Reiki Master, Yoga instructor, Nutritionist, and Nature
Your Gifts- This what you will rely on to overcome the challenges you may face on this path. And will develop over time and practice. Once you master your gift you will be able to share and heal someone else.
