I have all these crystals...now what?
You are excited to receive your crystals and now that you have your new stone friends you could be wondering...
What do I do with them?
There are many different ways to activate your crystal’s medicine or magic. As soon as you receive your crystal you want to start by clearing it to reset it’s frequency. Crystals hold energy from the shops they have sat in and their transit to your home. You want to release that energy to create a new bond between you and the stone.
To create this bond with your stone perform this simple crystal meditation.
Crystal-Clearing Meditation:
Come into a comfortable place with your eyes closed. Take 3 deep breaths and rub your hands together to activate your energy. Hold your hands together and then slowly pull them apart. As you pull them apart imagine a ball of white light in your hands. Take some to play with this energy. Feel the warmth or cool. Feel the static or you may feel nothing at all. You may move your hands further apart and feel the energy stretch. If you don’t feel anything that’s fine the energy is still there.
Take the crystal in your non dominant hand and place your dominate hand over the crystal while imagining the white light surrounding you and the crystal.
Now repeat the following intention either out loud or in your head: Return to your natural high vibrational state. Release any misaligned energies and vibrations that you have taken with you on your journey. You are now cleared and we are now connected. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Hold this state for a few more minutes inhaling and exhaling and feeling the energy of your crystal. While this links your energetic footprint.
As you are ready to close your meditation bring the crystal to your 3rd eye( brow bone), gently bow and open your eyes.
Cleansing the crystal with smudging:
Herbal smoke is a useful tool to help amplify energy. When in doubt smudge it out. You can use a many tools to smudge your crystals to cleanse them: sage, eucalyptus, juniper, rosemary, cedar, palo Santo, lavender, Rose and even Tobacco. The steps are simple. First light your herb bundle and allow the smoke to billow around the stone. You can use a ceramic bowl or abalone shell to collect the ashes. As you hold your crystal repeat this affirmation: Cleanse, Restore, Renew. 3x.
Ensure this is either done outside or inside with the doors open.
Set your Intention:
Give your friend a job once it is cleaned. Research what gift your crystal can bring and appoint that take to it. For example Pyrite can attract luck. Say an affirmation
Like this to your crystal:
“I now give you the purpose of bringing me good luck.”

I divinely request that(insert request)
You divine purpose is now to( insert request)
Now Charge!
Crystals are like batteries. They get tired too and need a break. They work even when you do not think they are constantly protecting, cleansing, transmuting and amplifying.
